Rob Cavallo, the producer behind Dookie and American Idiot, returned to the desk for Saviors. Green Day's fourteenth studio album originally came out in January 2024 on Reprise Records and was recorded in London and Los Angeles. Its fifteen short songs deal with American politics, addiction, sexuality and growing older; "The American Dream Is Killing Me", "Look Ma, No Brains!", "Dilemma" and "Bobby Sox" were released as singles. The album earned Green Day three Grammy nominations in 2025, including Best Rock Album.
