Illmatic: Remixes & Rarities is a compilation album by New York rapper Nas, released in 2024 to mark the thirtieth anniversary of his 1994 debut album Illmatic. The collection gathers remixes and rarities surrounding that debut, including alternative versions of 'Halftime', 'It Ain't Hard to Tell', 'One Love' and 'The World Is Yours'. It also includes an early radio freestyle from The Stretch Armstrong and Bobbito Show. Illmatic is regarded as one of the most influential hip-hop albums ever made, sketching life in the Queensbridge neighbourhood where Nas grew up. Many of these remixes originally appeared in the 1990s on singles and promotional releases and were hard to find afterwards.
