Led Zeppelin is the self-titled debut album by the British rock band Led Zeppelin, released in 1969. The record laid the foundation for their sound: a mix of blues, folk and heavy rock, driven by Jimmy Page on guitar, Robert Plant on vocals, John Paul Jones on bass and keyboards and John Bonham on drums. Well-known songs are "Good Times Bad Times", "Dazed and Confused", "Communication Breakdown" and "Babe I'm Gonna Leave You". The album is seen as an important starting point for hard rock.
