Ten years after Prince's death his estate opened the vault for Timeless, a collection of ten previously unreleased recordings, released on 28 August 2026 via Legacy Recordings. It is the first release to span every major era of his career: the recordings were made between 1977 and 2016, from teenage work in Minneapolis to one of his last captured performances. With This Tear and Stone, recorded in 1995, preceded the release.
