'Sub-Culture' originally appeared on the album Low-Life in 1985 and was given a completely different treatment for the 12-inch single: John Robie reworked the track into an extended dance version with female backing vocals and a busier, harder-hitting rhythm than the album cut. The B-side carries the dub reworking 'Dub-Vulture'. The single originally came out on Factory Records. This edition is a 12-inch single.
