For the thirtieth anniversary of their first two releases, 4AD put Come On Pilgrim and Surfer Rosa together in one set in 2018, with the radio concert the band played at the Fallout Shelter studio in Boston in 1986 added to it. Come On Pilgrim originally came out in 1987 and consisted of eight songs from the band's very first studio session; Surfer Rosa followed in 1988, recorded with Steve Albini, and holds Gigantic, Where Is My Mind? and Bone Machine. The live recording predates both albums and shows how the repertoire sounded on stage at the time.

This edition is a 3-LP on bronze and gold vinyl, an anniversary edition.
