Love Is the Drug is the single with which Roxy Music headed for the dancefloor in 1975: a tight bassline from John Gustafson, a chopping guitar, and Bryan Ferry singing about the nightlife. The song opened the album Siren and reached number 2 in the UK, the band's highest single placing up to then. This 12-inch appeared in 2025 for the song's fiftieth anniversary and pairs the original with two versions that had circulated in club circles: the Disco Dub by Norwegian producer Todd Terje and Greg Wilson's extended edit. The fourth track is Sultanesque, the instrumental that sat on the B-side of the original 7-inch. This edition is a 12-inch maxi-single.
