Viva! Roxy Music is the band's first live album, drawn from three British concerts of the first era: Glasgow Apollo in November 1973, Newcastle City Hall in October 1974, and Wembley Empire Pool in October 1975. Its eight tracks show how the band sharpened the studio versions on stage: Out of the Blue and Both Ends Burning with Eddie Jobson's violin and synthesizers, a long, brooding The Bogus Man, and Do the Strand to close. Pyjamarama and Chance Meeting are here too, two songs from the Eno years that Roxy Music kept playing after 1973. The album originally appeared in 1976 on Island Records, just as the band had put its work on hold, and documents the line-up around Bryan Ferry, Andy Mackay, Phil Manzanera, and Paul Thompson. This edition is an LP on gold vinyl, 50th Anniversary Edition for Record Store Day 2026.
