Nebraska 82: Expanded Edition is an expanded reissue centred on Nebraska, the stark album Bruce Springsteen originally released in 1982. The original consisted of bare, acoustic home recordings full of dark tales of ordinary Americans, crime and despair. This release adds outtakes, alternate versions and the long-shelved 'Electric Nebraska' recordings with the E Street Band. It reveals how the songs took shape and which paths Springsteen explored at the time. The whole places one of his most intimate records in a broader light.
