Loose Talk, released on 28 March 2025 on Ferry's own label Dene Jesmond Records, is a collaboration with British artist and writer Amelia Barratt. She speaks the texts, short prose pieces about everyday scenes, over music Bryan Ferry built up from demos and sketches drawn from decades of studio work. His own singing is barely present; this is a spoken word album with Ferry as composer and arranger. It was his first album of new material since Avonmore in 2014.
