On their third studio album Garbage let go of the tightly bolted rock of their first two records. beautifulgarbage, originally from October 2001, pulls in new wave, girl-group pop, electronica and a touch of hip hop, with 'Androgyny', 'Cherry Lips (Go Baby Go!)' and 'Breaking Up the Girl' as singles. The album arrived three weeks after 11 September 2001, which badly disrupted the promotion and the tour.
This edition is a 2-LP, remastered for the album's twentieth anniversary.
