Soul Of A Nation, nieuwe release op Soul Jazz , wordt uitgebracht in samenwerking met de grote wereldwijde kunsttentoonstelling: Soul of A Nation: Art in the The Age of Black Power die plaats zal vinden in het Tate Modern Museum in Londen van juli tot en met oktober en later dit jaar in het Brooklyn Museum in New York. Het albumlaat zien hoe de idealen van de civil rights movement , black power en het zwarte nationalisme de ontwikkeling van de “radical African-American Music” heeft beïnvloed in de roerige en revolutionaire periode eind jaren 60 die volgde op de moord op Malcolm X en Martin Luther King en de opkomst van de Black Panther beweging. Met baanbrekende artiesten als Gil Scott-Heron, Roy Ayers, Don Cherry, Oneness Of Juju en Sarah Webster.
