On 4 December 1991 Van Halen played a free concert at the West End Marketplace in Dallas, during the For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge tour. The recording sat unused for more than thirty years before appearing as a full live album. The set mixes new material such as Poundcake, Judgement Day and Runaround with songs from the Sammy Hagar years, among them Why Can't This Be Love, Best of Both Worlds and Finish What Ya Started, plus Panama from the Roth era and a detour into the Little Feat cover A Apolitical Blues.

This edition is a 2 LP on red vinyl with an etched fourth side, released as a Record Store Day edition.
