Into the Labyrinth is Saxon's eighteenth studio album, recorded in 2008 at Twilight Hall in Krefeld and originally released in January 2009. Charlie Bauerfeind produced for the second time in a row. Next to the usual high tempo of 'Battalions of Steel' and 'Demon Sweeney Todd', the band makes room here for 'Slow Lane Blues' and the acoustic 'Coming Home', which gives the album a wider range than its predecessor.
