The Name of This Band Is Talking Heads is the band's first live album and originally came out in 1982. It sets two periods side by side: recordings from 1977 and 1979 by the four core members, and recordings from 1980 and 1981 by the expanded line-up that toured after Remain in Light, including Adrian Belew and Bernie Worrell. In one listen you hear the nervous club band grow into a funk collective. It carries versions of 'Psycho Killer', 'Life During Wartime', 'Take Me to the River' and 'Crosseyed and Painless'. This edition is a 2-LP, remastered and pressed on 180 gram.
