Paris is a live album by the British band The Cure, originally released in 1993. The recordings were made in October 1992 at Le Zénith in Paris, during the world tour supporting the album Wish. The album appeared shortly after its sister live album Show, which stems from the same tour. Where Show emphasised the hits, Paris focuses mainly on the band's darker, older repertoire, with songs such as 'One Hundred Years', 'At Night' and 'Charlotte Sometimes'. Live versions of 'Lovesong' and 'Close To Me' can also be heard. With its mix of post-punk, gothic rock and melancholic pop, The Cure is considered one of the most influential British bands of the 1980s.
