Evolution is Disturbed's seventh studio album and the record that broke their run of number 1 entries: in 2018 it landed at number 4 on the Billboard 200. Kevin Churko produced again, and the band leaned further into acoustic and midtempo writing here, with A Reason To Fight and Hold On To Memories set against harder tracks such as Are You Ready and No More. The lyrics deal with subjects including addiction and loss.

This edition is a 2-LP in the deluxe edition, with four bonus tracks including a live version of The Sound Of Silence.
