Wanted! The Outlaws brought together four names who had broken away from polished Nashville production: Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson, Jessi Colter and Tompall Glaser. It is not a joint recording session but a compilation of previously recorded material, originally released in 1976 via RCA Victor, who marketed it under the outlaw country banner. It became the first country album to go platinum in the United States, topped the country chart and reached the pop top 10. The album carries the duets "Good Hearted Woman" by Jennings and Nelson and "Suspicious Minds" by Jennings and Colter, alongside "My Heroes Have Always Been Cowboys", "Me and Paul" and Glaser's version of "T for Texas".

This edition is an LP on gold vinyl, in the 50th anniversary edition.
