The self-titled Alice In Chains from 1995, also known as Tripod because of its cover, is the band's third studio album and the last studio album recorded with singer Layne Staley. The album, originally released through Columbia, came together while the band was no longer touring; the sound is slow, heavy and sombre, with the vocal harmonies of Staley and Jerry Cantrell on 'Grind', 'Heaven Beside You' and 'Again'. The album entered the Billboard 200 at number 1.

This edition is a 2-LP on purple and white vinyl, an anniversary edition released exclusively through Walmart.
