Turnaround gathers four pieces left over from the sessions around On The Corner, the record on which Miles Davis stacked Sly Stone funk, Indian percussion and avant-garde studio editing in 1972. "Jabali", "U-Turnaround", "The Hen" and the medley-like "Big Fun/Holly-Wuud" sat in the archive for decades and came out on vinyl for the first time in 2023. Anyone who knows On The Corner will hear the same hypnotic, unbroken groove, only in rawer form. This edition is an LP on sky blue vinyl, pressed for Record Store Day.
