The Complete Budokan 1978 gathers both concerts Bob Dylan performed on 28 February and 1 March 1978 at the Nippon Budokan in Tokyo, during his very first tour of Japan. Where the original live album At Budokan offered only a selection at the time, this box brings together all 58 performed songs in a new mix by original sound engineer Tom Suzuki. In this period Dylan reworked many of his classics into lush, almost revue-like arrangements — from 'Mr. Tambourine Man' to 'Like a Rolling Stone' and 'Forever Young'.
