House of the Risin' Sun gathers Bob Dylan's earliest recordings: the folk and blues interpretations he first presented on his self-titled 1962 debut, rounded out with the standalone single 'Mixed-Up Confusion'. Alongside originals such as 'Song to Woody' it mostly collects traditionals Dylan made his own, including the title track, 'Baby, Let Me Follow You Down' and 'See That My Grave Is Kept Clean'. This is the bare, acoustic Dylan of Greenwich Village — just voice, guitar and harmonica.
